    1 KG LAMB CUT IN CUBES
    1 KG PORK CUT IN CUBES
    125 ML MUTT0N FAT SLICED
    SOME WHOLE DRIED APRICOT
    SOME GREEN PEPPER CUT INTO SQUARES
    SOME ONIONS RINGED AND SQUARED TO BE SKEWERED

    SAUCE
    75ML APRICOT JAM
    25ML BROWN SUGAR
    3LARGE CLOVES CHOPPED GARLIC
    25 ML CURRY POWDER
    25ML VINEGAR
    12,5ML SALT
    5ML BLACK PEPPER
    12,5ML CORNFLOUR
    3 Bay Leaves
    COMBINE Apricot Jam, Sugar, Garlic,Bay leaves, Curry Powder,Vinegar salt ect...and cook lightly. Allow Sauce to Cool.

    Soak Apricots in water till plump.

    Marinate meat for 2 to 4 hrs in sauce or overnight. Then Skewer on sticks alernating Pork Mutton Fat Onion Green Pepper Onion Apricot as u please

    Braai on Coal till crispy orange
