SAUCE 75ML APRICOT JAM 25ML BROWN SUGAR 3LARGE CLOVES CHOPPED GARLIC 25 ML CURRY POWDER 25ML VINEGAR 12,5ML SALT 5ML BLACK PEPPER 12,5ML CORNFLOUR 3 Bay Leaves COMBINE Apricot Jam, Sugar, Garlic,Bay leaves, Curry Powder,Vinegar salt ect...and cook lightly. Allow Sauce to Cool.
Soak Apricots in water till plump.
Marinate meat for 2 to 4 hrs in sauce or overnight. Then Skewer on sticks alernating Pork Mutton Fat Onion Green Pepper Onion Apricot as u please
